Returns & Cancellations

As our pieces are handmade, natural variations in colour, texture, finish and form are part of their character and are not considered faults.

For UK online orders, customers have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, Karigarwala will offer an appropriate resolution in line with UK consumer law.

Exchanges & Gift Cards

We do not offer general exchanges. Where a return or issue is approved outside statutory rights, Karigarwala may issue a gift card or store credit at its discretion.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size and weight. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Payment

All payments are taken securely at checkout through trusted third-party payment providers. Karigarwala does not store full card details.
